Sorry for the flip flop last week, but I needed to see better breadth to call the Quad 2 week (therefore the * in the below screenshot !!!).
Strong weak, pure Quad 2 action:
(Above) Very strong expansion of Quad 2. Higher Beta (Energy) cycs joining the party.
This is not a warning sign (yet), Quad 2 has Tech and higher beta cycs on the buy list.
How this will play out will be interesting when we get a quad change to quad 3, until then both is bullish (TECH + higher beta cycs)! I let it play out and do not anticipate: the tape is the tape!
Quad 4 exposures nowhere to be seen (besides TLT getting interesting, but I wait for a Quad 3-4 to play it).
Breakouts where clearly working (took only a small position, but nice!) —>
GTEC (my favorite small cap setup, study it!):
Meli:
Googl:
TTI:
SCYX:
All small positions since I am still in the learning phase of breakout trading (but it is fair to say that a Quad 2 is good for breakouts, also for smaller cap breakouts).
My strategy book is doing well:
Please use the Quads as my opinion (your due diligence is mandatory, see the disclaimer!). Please try to see the tape for yourself, that is important. I will produce a reference video explaining the quads as good as I can.
All right, have a great weekend and get off the screens ;-) (talking also to myself, this week was intense!).
All the best and best regards.
Andreas
