Quad 1-2...
Well last week I felt extremely bad because I lifted the hedges just to see the Russel 2000 to pullback hard while the Nasdaq and the SP500 followed through.
Still, it was the right call in the aftermath, Russel rallied hard on CPI news.
So let’s take a deep breath and look at the tape: on 10.000 meter above ground —> we have a Quad 1-2 (while Quad 1 exposures are the strongest now!).
Quad 1 exposures rallied hard:
Quad 3 exposures not in charge (good!) —>
Quad 3 Exposures: URA and Coal strong, Biotech picking up:
Quad 4 stuff is weak (which is bullish!):
Small caps, not leading, but better, IWC 0.00%↑ looks interesting!
And this is o.k. strength on small cap value momentum with an earnings tilt:
I am long 65% small cap value momentum (did a calculation error wanted to be long 80%, waiting for a spot to add exposure).
The call for next week is: Quad 1-2, Risk on, looking for a spot to add exposure.
Video about the Quads:
All right, I got to run, have a great weekend!
All the best and best regards.
Andreas
