Quad 3-4, but constructive
Calling for a Quad 3-4, but since liquidity is up, Quad 3-4 exposures are o.k.
I am out of this system:
https://www.portfolio123.com/app/r2g/summary?id=1757039
It got hit hard (will show up tomorrow in the cap curve) today, cap curve made a lower low.
Took some names from this system (cap curve is the close from yesterday, it is up slightly for today) and strong ETFs:
Right now I am long those exposures:
ONON (5%)
MO (10%)
MTCH (2%)
INCY (5%)
KMB (5%)
HPQ (10%)
MRO (10%)
IBB (20%)
TROW (5%)
TMHC (5%)
XHB (5%)
TEAM (5%) —> close to the stop loss
SVIX (2% added that one at the close today)
Right now, I am long those exposures:
Liquidity up or down (also shorter term liquidity changes, it is up right now!) —> Crossborder Capital
Identify Top 5 Mid to big Cap Systems + Top ETFs
GEX Big Pitch Micro Market Timing —> a 5-10% drawdown when liquidity is up for the year + Market down, GEX up —> not more than 2-3 signals a year). https://squeezemetrics.com/monitor/dix
GEX Signal 2-3% drawdown, market down, GEX up (5-6 signals a year)
Quads turn after the GEX Signal, but if they do → progressive exposure
Secondary: GEX on individual Stocks —>
https://unusualwhales.com/ for example for MO (pullback in an uptrend, GEX going up in the pullback is the signal).
Copy the strongest stocks from the strongest P123 Systems I build —> trend following approach on the strongest stocks. If Gex signal is strong —> double position size.
Sell 50% into strength, let the rest run, 20 MA as the last sell point
Summary:
Liquidity up or down —> GEX micro timing —> Quads —> strongest systems —> strongest stocks —> trend following the strongest stocks
I will explain further in future videos.
