Quad 3

Long XLE, Short IWM and BRKA call working!

Again, I do not expect it to change today, so I am calling for a cont. Quad 3 Tape.

What needs to happen:

(Above) We are oversold, so a rally might come every day. Do not buy it!

We need consolidation for some time in breadth, such a drawdown does not repair overnight, do not buy the dip here, wait!

The pair trade XLE long, IWM short is working.

If you have to be (legally) long only the call of this blog from 5. Aug. at 14:31 is still in play: BRKA!

Energy is as well very strong, but I would not choose it without the ability to short the IWM, in Quad 3 the backfills are hefty!

My unhedged small cap value momentum book is feeling the pain (in €)!

Do not look for stocks that are holding up, they will tank, the regime is too toxic!
