Also, there is currently only one (used to be > 15) shorting system in the top 20 of performance of my 250 trading systems, see below.

Rank Spike Systems doing well (small cap and big cap!):

Breath is very strong (stocks above 40 day moving average):

What I hear from breakout swing traders: Breakouts (long!) work right now.

Too early to get long 100% and not need to, because my small cap value momentum longs outperform my IWM Short.

But this is not the spot to add to shorts here!

If (!!!) high beta can show relative strength in the next pullback of the market, I will not short them, even if they have bounced up 30% from their lows.

In that case I will get more aggressive on the long side.

We have reached the final stretch of the grooming process, majority of retail will be extremely complacent in their bearish views due to non stop bombardment of fear driven narratives, they are now fully driven by emotion and will either short till dead or just not participate.

Let’s see how this plays out!
