The tape is as bad as it gets!

Just to state it: I am usually a bull. My systems work in very hard environments, so no need to be overly cautious.
But this tape looks very bad to me:
McClellan —> Shy of a new low
My strongest Small Cap Trading Systems —> lower low and more important not reacting up when the market rallies
VXX —> New Highs on Friday
High Beta Systems —> Lower lows
